Jessica Simpson’s weight loss plan revealed


Jessica Simpson has lost quite a bit of weight since giving birth to her first child, and now her Weight Watchers plan has been revealed.

She had a strict menu in place in order to help her lose the sixty pounds she has reportedly already dropped, states TMZ. The menu reportedly includes items like egg white omelets, chicken satays, whipped chick peas, soba noodles, and shrimp skewers.

Along with that, she also went on a 15-day smoothie diet near the beginning which involved smoothies replacing some of her meals.
