Born in Australia, Pallavi Sharda is back once again after doing a
few forgettable roles. Even though, this young beauty was keen on doing
hindi films, people around her often laughed because of her fascination
for films. But Pallavi proved them wrong when a few small roles in films
like My Name Is Khan and Love Breakups Zindagi came her way.
But now, fate has something else in mind for this girl, as she has
bagged her first lead role opposite Bollywood’s chocolate boy Ranbir Kapoor.
Pallavi says Ranbir is her favourite actor in Bollywood and landing a role opposite him in Besharam is a “big high”.
Pallavi is fluent in Hindi and will play a Delhi girl in the film After Dabangg. Besharam will be the second directorial venture of
Abhinav Kashyap. The shooting for Besharam will go on floors this
December and is expected to hit screens sometime in 2013.
Ranbir Kapoor was last seen in Barfi! opposite Priyanka Chopra.
